If QPatch isn't right for you, email hello@qpatch.ai within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll refund the product price of your first order of each patch (Ease, Calm or Night), whether one-time or your first subscription order. No need to send it back. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Damaged or missing items

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll help.

Subscriptions

You can skip, pause or cancel a subscription online in your account before the next billing date. See our purchase options cancellation policy.

Wholesale and private label

Wholesale and private-label orders are not covered by this guarantee. They follow your Partner Agreement.
